5.05 - "Fallen Idol" Official Episode Description

PARIS HILTON GUEST STARS — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) decide to start hunting together again and their first case leads them to a small town whose inhabitants are being killed by famous dead icons like Abraham Lincoln and James Dean’s car. However, after two teenage girls come forward and claim their friend was kidnapped by Paris Hilton (in a cameo role as herself), the brothers aren’t sure what they are hunting anymore.

spoilers for supernatural season 5 episode 4 :

Sam (Jared Padalecki) tells Dean (Jensen Ackles) he wants to rejoin Dean in the battle of the Apocalypse, but Dean tells Sam that they are better off apart. Later, Dean awakens five years in the future in an abandoned city and is attacked by humans who have been infected with a demonic virus that turns humans into Zombies. Zachariah (guest star Kurt Fuller) appears to Dean and explains that this is the world that exists as a result of Dean saying no to helping the angels fight Lucifer. Dean meets up with Future Dean, who tells him that the virus is the Devil's endgame for destroying mankind. Misha Collins also stars.

Sam (Jared Padalecki) tells Dean (Jensen Ackles) he wants to rejoin Dean in the battle of the Apocalypse, but Dean tells Sam that they are better off apart.

Oh, great. Now I'm imagining him calling my name, I'm sure that's a perfectly normal habit.

Jared!

...Wait...

"Hello?! Earth to Jared?" called the other male's voice, waving his hands in the air to get some kind of reaction.

Jared pulled that same 'Tehe, oops' smile he'd been pulling all day. "Sorry...I just...Kinda dazed out there for a second" he stated, his hand subconsciously moving to the back of his head to ruffle the hair that sat messily there.

"Yeah, well you've been dazing a lot today, what the hell is wrong man? Are you feeling ok?" Jensen asked

Oh yeah, perfectly fine. You know, I've just been thinking about my co-star...The man who is practically my brother in a rather odd way for the past few hours...

"...Jared!" Jensen called for what could have possibly been the 7th or 8th time that day.

"Sorry...Sorry, doing it again, I know" Jared said, sighing softly, realizing how serious the situation really was.

"Look, I'll drive you home" Jensen offered

Oh yeah, because that's what I need, to be sitting in the car with the man, the man I've been fantasising over all day.

Jensen's expression dropped and he shook his head in disbelief. "He's doing it again" he stated, as if it wasn't obvious to the rest of the crew on set

Jared had to shake his head to snap out of the trance, the thoughts, the visions. "No, no, its fine, I'll drive" he protested.

Jensen shook his head, already grabbing for his keys "Not a choice anymore, I'm driving you" he stated firmly.

The tone he used...It brought a slight arch to the corner of Jared's lips. I wonder what he's like in-NO...Jared, stop. Now, right now. Don't even go there.

Jensen had to push Jared just to get him out of the front door of the studio. "Dude, what's wrong with you?" he asked, it shocked Jared to see the concern on his face. The differences between Dean and Jensen were amazing, and yet, he managed to pull him off perfectly.

With his bad ass attitude, his kick ass car, his always getting with the...Sigh.

Ladies...

"I give up...You're like...It's like talking to a brick wall. You're just non-responsive. Hell, I could call you a bitch right now and you probably wouldn't even do anything about it"

That's right, bitch, down on your- STOP! JARED, STOP BEFORE YOU MAKE THINGS AWKWARD. God, everything he says... Everything he does it's so...So...

Amazing.

"Alright, I give up" Jensen said with a huff and a tone of obvious defeat.

"Huh?"

"Oh my GOD! HE SPEAKS!! IT’S TRULY A MIRACLE"

Jared let out a soft laugh, trying to use what acting skills he could conjure up to hide his embarrassment. "Sorry, I've just got some things on my mind". Things I really shouldn't have on my mind.

Jensen gave a quick glance over, and only at this point did Jared recognise that they were already half way to the apartment he was staying in.

"Is it...Anything you wanna talk about?" Jensen asked

Oh god...That look again. "Uhh...No, no it's fine, my mind is just...Elsewhere" he said, truthfully.

Jensen gave a nod "'Kay, but, you know if you need someone to talk to or something... I'm here for you, man" Jensen said, slyly using the road as an excuse to not make eye contact this time.

Jared smiled and nodded "Yeah, I know...Thanks".
